CDG to Paris by taxi

How long does it take to go from CDG to Paris in the 7th district by taxi around 12pm to 2 pm? Will there be traffic during that time?

With either little or "normal" traffic this should take you about 40-45 minutes but there's the rub--you can't predict traffic, although you are not coming in during rush hour which will help.

Hi app,

Why do you ask?

40 minutes or so, but traffic is unpredictable as are accidents. That is exactly why we've switched from taxis to Shuttle-Inter. It's the same price as a taxi, no need to call when you arrive or wait in a queque, they are waiting for you with a sign with your name. I was so glad last trip because we did run into a accident on the way in and were held up about 20 minutes. The meter would have been running that whole time!

Depends on the day of the week, whether it's a holiday or not, and so forth. Normally, about 45 minutes.

By the way, when I've run into accidents and backups and such, I've often had the taxi driver turn off the meter.

There's always traffic in Paris, like any city of millions. YOu can't predict problems, either, such as accidents or some unusual road construction, etc., or even the weather I suppose (a real drenching downpour really slows things down).

Hi where can we purchase the Roissy bus ticket from the airport?

StCirq Aug 23rd, 2009 04:32 PM

At the Roissy bus stop at the airport.
