CDG to La Defense Hotel
I am arriving on Wednesday around 8:30am. Should my wife and I take a taxi to get to our hotel or take the metro? Or any other means? I am afraid I will get stuck in traffic on a weekday morning if I take a taxi or bus to La Defense. If I take the train to La Defense, what are the directions from CDG to La Defense.

I haven't ever arrived at that time, so I'm not sure how terrible it would be in traffic.
YOu can get there solely on the RER, not metro, however, which is some advantage as it should be less crowded than the metro. It's a pretty easy route -- take RER B line from CDG to Chatelet/Les Halles where you transfer to RER A line which goes to La Defense. YOu could also transfer to the metro there (line 1 to La Defense), but I wouldn't recommend that because it is quite a hike at the transfer point to get to the metro line.
