Can anyone tell me if Duty free shopping is available on arrival at CDG Terminal One?

No duty free upon arrival in France.

I don't recall seeing duty free available anywhere upon arrival. Isn't for export only?

J62, duty free upon arrival is common in Asia and the Middle East, among other places.
