Can anyone recommend serious tours of Cathar Country / Cathar Castles in the Languedoc? (I'm not interested in all the "spiritual" / "mystery" fantasy guff - just the facts)

We didn't find it difficult to visit the castles by ourselves, driving from one to another. Beautiful scenery too.
