Casual, inexpensive dinner in Florence and Rome

Hello out there. Any suggestions for a family of 12 looking for an inexpensive and casual restaurant for dinner? No one drinks wine (can you believe it?). I find many listings for high end - but few for good value meals. Florence and Rome are my current focus. Thank you for any help.

Florence restaurant: On Borgo San Lorenzo close to the Piazza San Giovanni is Osteria Dell Agnolo. As you walk towards Piazza San Lorenzo it's on the right side of the street.

Inexpensive, informal and very nice people. There's a small bar in front with an upstairs and downstairs. My family had a number of meals there and were never disappointed. Upsatirs should easily handle 12 people.
