Castiglione della Pescaia
 

I'm going with my husband to Castiglione della Pescaia, for the first time, this August 12 to stay a week. Has antone Knows the best way to get there from Roma Airport.
Have no car. Any suggestion for hotel. Is it good to stay there or it"s better to stay in Marina di Grosseto?

I've only been researching that area for an upcoming trip, so I can't give you first hand advice. But I popped in to say that if you don't get an answer here to all your questions, try posting your question on the Slow Travel website's message board, because there are one or two posters there who live near those areas and can no doubt advise you very well.

I'm actually going there for a long weekend on the 14th of July. If you email me after the 18th, I'll give you whatever informaton I can. We'll be driving from Rome airport, so I won't be able to advisse you on travel aspect.

Do you already know in which hotel are you going to stay? Are you going to Castiglione della pescaia or another city.

You just have to register on that message board. It takes less than 5 minutes. Then you can put up a post. You can find Slow Travel by doing a google search.

We're staying in a friend's home actually. Near Castiglione della Pescaia. but I'll do my best to check out some hotels for you while I'm there.
