went to www.booking.com where there is a full description of the hotel.. and took a look at the comments of the people who have stayed at the hotel already...
1. it seems to be recently renovated
2. photos look great
3. as i read there aren't many steps to the hotel... something that sometimes can be a problem in Santorini
4. clients classification is more than satisfactory !!! 8,8 points out of 10 !!!!
seems like a pretty good accommodation ( with only 7 rooms...)

Monica..gittin' kinda late for May-June..you may find many smaller places booked up...if you get stuck, you might want to try the larger Santorini Palace..a decent, clean hotel with olympic sized pool, bountiful breakfasts.....rates were workable 8 years ago..here are some pix of Greece including the hotel.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I looked on tripadvisor and saw the great reviews so I booked a room. I'm trying to decide between staying there or at Aethrio (in Oia).

Any responses are appreciated.

Monica, if you want Naxos accommodations, we don't want to spend time recommending 10 different properties at different beaches, different prices before we have ANY idea of your preferences. Can you share with us
(1) which beach you want, or do you want to be in "Grotta" area of Naxos town, up from the port (see map below)
(2) amenities you require: pool? spa? balcony with view? Kitchenette, or hotel breakfasts?
(3) your budget range per night in Euros. Don't just say "3-star" because stars mean little in Greece

NOTE: for all hotels you like, Google Hotel name for TA reviews... may bring out an aspect that is important to you.

Here are 2 maps showing beaches, with hotel locations -- NOTE: only a small fraction of existing hotels are shown (those who pay for inclusion), but these are helpful, to locate other hotels that you like ... example: On St. George Beach, Studios Kalergis (not shown) is right next to Hotel Asteria, which IS shown.

BTW, for a simple hotel, no pool but directly on beach, almost all balconies w. sea view, look at Asteria. For another nice St. George place that has kitchenette & ALSO serves breakfast, see Villa Naxia, near beach w. sea-view balcnies or verandas.
