Can you go from Carcassonne to Barcelona by train? If so, where can I book it? thank-you.

Search Carcassonne to Perpignan, then Perpignan to Barcelona. There are two direct trains from Perpignan to Barcelona at 8.52 am and 6.36 pm (and several others during the day but you will have to change trains at the border).

I find www.trenitalia.com to be more user friendly. Evne though it's an Italian web site, it will show international travel from other countries to other countries.

Click on English and then International and it will show you your choices. Generally, it's Carcasonne to Narbonne and then a direct train to Barcelona. Average time is 4-5 hours. The train that goes from Perpignon

Trenitalia won't show you the prices on itineraries more than 90 days out. If you want to price it, pick the same day of the week and within 90 days to see the price.
