Car wash on the Amalfi Coast?

We are living here in Ravello for a year..have been here three months...I cannot find a car wash anywhere....does anyone have any advice for me??

Anne - I really must offer congratulations! I've been on Fodor's since 1996 and I have never seen THIS question asked. I can't wait to see if there is such a thing.
