Hi,
I have booked through the UK site and because they had a good discount price. This was booked by autoeurope.com themselves. However, the discounted UK price includes all other charges (road taxes and airport pickup), and so in total with one way fee and with exchange rate are still $100 less than .com and .ca sites. So there is no rule, and for each rental you have to read the agreement.
I have no problem to pay when it is stated upfront and so I can calculate total price of the rental.
