Car Hire at Southampton Cruise Ship Docks
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me which rental agency would be the best from which to hire a car at, or near the docks. I've rented twice with Avis in England and both times I did not get the car (or similar) which I paid for. In each instance, I was given a smaller vehicle which did not suit my needs at all, so I'm not keen on giving them my business again.
