Car and Driver to Tour the Baltics?

Hello,
My friend and I would like to spend 2 weeks in the Baltics and have been searching internet to find a car and driver/guide that can introduce us to the history and sights of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We looked for small local tour companies but did not find one. Any suggestions for seeing this part of the world would be appreciated.
Thank you

The buses between towns are fine. I did use a local guide for a trip into the country around Tallinn - Estadventures - but otherwise I managed perfectly well on my own using guidebooks.

I visited Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius (also Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Gdansk, Torun, and Warsaw) in June.

I took the Lux Express buses to Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius and the Polski buses while in Poland. The buses were all clean, modern, and comfortable.

I'd get local guides in the cities. I learned most about the countries by reading about them, but not everyone wants to do that.

We also took the bus between countries. Very easy.

You might contact the tourist office in the first city you will land in and ask for their list of official professional guides. But be aware that this will be a VERY expensive proposition since you will not only have to pay for the car/gas, salary of the driver/guide and for his hotel rooms and meals.

This isn't like hiring a guide for a day - who will return to his own home at night.
