Capri vs. sorrento

Jump to last reply

Hi. My groom and I have a cruise stop in Naples the last week of June (less than a month away!!). We would like to spend the day in capri and/or sorrento since we have already been to the other must-see places like Pompeii, etc. We are not interested in a beach. We would just like to have a relaxing time enjoying the scenery, perhaps sitting somewhere enjoying some coffee/gelato, and perhaps going into a local shop or two while walking the streets. Do we need to see both cities, or should we pick one over the other and hang for the day? If so, which one would you suggest?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
