Cantwell Court or Villa near Kilkenny
Has anyone visited Cantwell Court or Cantwell Villa near Kilkenny. We have Cantwells as relatives and I was hoping to visit the castle--if it still exists. Also any tips on restaurants in or near Kilkenny would be a great help.
Many thanks,
Jim Passalacqua

I don't know it - but to maybe help w/ your research . . . my guess is it's 'vill' not 'villa'
Cantwell's Court appears to be a 'townsland' which is a small district/land tract, not a town or anything. Vill means sort of the same thing.

It seems there are some ruins for you to inspect.
