So, Judy...did you get to go to France?
What did you do, where did you stay?
|
Quad room are available. We've stayed in many. Guidebooks, hotel and booking sites websites don't always mention them. Email hotels that interest you directly and ask about quads or family rooms. We stayed in quads in Paris, Rome, Venice, Orvieto and Florence. Mostly 3* hotels, some 2 and 4. What price range are you looking at?

just noticed how dated this thread is!!

What a relief! I thought judy was saying that *I* couldn't go to Europe unless I help her.

One of the most reason as someone mentioned is to stay at the convents. We stayed in one in Siena and each room was $33 a night for 2 people. Go to your library and check out the book "Bes and Blessings" or the other I think is called "Lodging in Convents and Monasteries." M.

Check out apartments. There are many sites on the web for both Paris & Rome. they are not much more (if even) as pricey as a hotel but give you much more space.

www.logis-de-france.fr
Hotels of all pricecategories. Familyrooms for 3 or 4, even little appartments. We weren't dissapointed.
