Can't book @ Eurostar.com!!!
 

Tried to buy 2 tickets for London - Paris (51euro each) from Eurostar.com and everything was ok until they asked me to key in my address under Billing information.
Keep getting an error prompt to check my Address Line 1
Previously when I tried, I realise there was no Singapore under the Country tab so I had emailed Eurostar support.
Got a reply tfrom them to just key in my Singapore address as usual but leave the country as United Kingdom, and also to select collect tickets upon departure.

Apparently the website is smart enough to detect that the address entered does not correspond to the country selected.
Does this mean I cannot do this online unless I have a credit card from the countries in the drop down list :(
HELP!!!

I was trying to book one of the 150,000 London tickets that the SNCF is selling for 77€ yesterday, and the system bugged, as it also did for my colleague who was trying to do the same thing. The advertising campaign for the cheap tickets just started yesterday, and I think the servers got saturated.

(That is 77€ round trip.)

i dun think mine is a server problem...but anyway...
worse if i cant do it, I will go to Raileurope.com
AT LEAST, i see that they have Singapore under their country of residence, but a bit p***ed that I will need to pay extra 10euro per person...

now waiting for eurostar to reply me...

ok! my problem has been solved by the very efficient eurostar support!
told me to leave out all symbols in the address fields and done...
didn't occur to me since most addresses in spore comes with # and -

anyway booked and ready to go!
