Can we purchase Bayern Ticket at train station at Frankfurt airport?

Can we purchase Bayern Ticket at train station at Frankfurt airport?
We will arrive at Frankfurt airport arount 7:30 am on May 13th. We will take a train from
the airport train station to Bamberg via Wurzburg. I remember that we have to purchase two
tickets to Kahl(Main) and then use the Bayern ticket from Kahl to our final destination.
I am puzzled about purchasing the Bayern ticket at Frankfurt airport because it is outside
Bavaria. Do the machines or the ticket counter attendants sell them. If not, would we have
to get off the train in Kahl to buy a Bayern ticket?
Thank you for your help. We are doing our 2 week Bavarian vacation using public transportation only. I want to understand as much about the system as possible.

You can buy any Land-Ticket at any DB ticketing location. They may or may not be available from the machines at FRA, but you certainly can get them at the <I>Reisezentrum</i> service desk for a 2€ premium.

I believe there are a few exceptions, such as Hessen-Ticket. But yes, Bavaria Ticket can be bought from the DB ticket machines (red/grey with a touchscreen) anywhere in Germany. But not from the RMV ticket machines (green/orange)
