What's your price range? If you want really nice, there's the grande dame Carlton, but you'd want a room with a view of the Croisette, the beach, and the Mediterranean.

The Carlton, Majestic, Martinez and the Sofitel Mediterranee are some of the nicer hotels on the croisette...and probably the only 5* properties...the Noga Hilton is there too but has more of a blast from the past decor (think mirrorred wall panelling and ceiling)

I usually stay at The Majestic. I don't really care for that area much these days. It's all dreadfully vulgar, especially the Martinez, and Carlton.

Vulgar it may be, but the beaches are lovely.
