Can anyone recommend a limo service from FCO to Rome

My girl and I are going to Rome in November and wanted to have a limo pick us up at the airport. Everything I've seen has the regular Mercedes E-Class cars to pick people up but since it's my first trip out of the U.S. I wanted to get a nice limo to take us to the hotel and I wanted to see if anyone has used or could recommend a limo service for me.

Thanks!!

Are you sure a limo can drive on the street near your hotel?

I am no expert because I do not pay much attention to cars, but I do not think that those huge long limos that you see in the US are very popular in Europe. If you want to impress your girl, see if you can find a Bentley or better still, save your money and take her for a fabulous dinner.

escrunchy is right - you aren't going to get a US stretch limo. How about a private tour guide for the first day?

But, Happy, he does not want a Mercedes! I think he wants one of those long Lincoln-ish cars like they use at proms and weddings in the US. And evidently in Rome, too, based on the link I posted above...

If he asks me, and I am sure he will not, those long limos are super-tacky and for the price of an airport transfer in one, he might even be able to go to dinner at La Pergola!

Ok, I will bud out now!

I appreciate the responses guys, I didn't think at all about the streets in Rome....I know they are pretty narrow and I guess I will take the advice and go with the regular car they offer.....THANKS A MILLION, I can save the money and go for a tour or a nice dinner.
