The Donetsk shopping mall alone sounds like its worth a visit!

"The original architectural layout of the complex makes all the stores plainly visible and highly reduces your chances to get lost around. Light agreeable music and spacious halls equipped with air-conditioning conduce to high spirits and make you feel like coming back here again and again."

Oh to go shopping without getting lost...Donetsk has its sh*t together!

Moon City Bar sounds like a bit of alright:

>>>Bowling, billiard, hookah bar, restaurant, strip bar and café. Everything you might want is here for you. Come and have a great time in the night club “Moon City”.>>>

"And of course 15 sorts of beer!"

Well, that should suit the travelling Spurs fans, then.

I have some mates who went there for Celtic's Champions League match last season. Apparently it lives up to the stereotype of an Eastern Bloc steel-town but they had no problems at all with the local fans.

Andy redlight districts?

when the World Cup came to Germany in 2007 the countries dozens of legal brothels were not up to the challenge and ladies from Eastern Europe had to be brought in to supplement the overwhelmed Germany brothels.

I decided to give this one a swerve - too expensive and the Cup Final's coming up.

However I did order a ticket just in case I did decide to go and it turned up yesterday. The face value of the match ticket is 87p.

It's a different world.

87p games MIGHT just bring the crowds back.

The Premier league really does take the P* over prices. I could have bought a season ticket to watch AC Siena in the top Italian league for around €150 (About 110 at that time). I would have got a €30 discount on that if I had been female (Club believes that increase in number of women decreases violence on the terraces)

Another mate of mine is a season ticket holder at the San Siro - watches AC Milan for €12 a game - including cup games.

Meanwhile Pompey have announced savings on Season tickets for next year - mine goes down from £650 to around £630 - not far off the change in VAT, and still damn expensive for championship football.

Even on an 87p ticket Spurs couldn't resist the chance to stripe it's most loyal fans. They actually charged me £5.

From folks that went: Don't.

They got petrol bombed. Nice.
