Can Anyone Figure Out this Trenitalia "freedom to travel 15e" Promotion?

Here's the link to Trenitalia's current promotion for domestic travel for 15 Euro: http://www.trenitalia.com/en/promozi...ta_viaggi.html

Problem is I can't figure out how to get to a booking link although the terms and conditions states that one can purchase these promotion tickets on-line. I feel like an idiot, but can someone figure out how to do this? I'm trying to get from Milan to Florence. There's also a great 5 Euro "last minute" promotion (7 day max advance purchase) but it appears the only train from Milan-Florence leaves at 8 pm. If you're going to Venice or Rome, however, these are absolutely great deals. I need to be in Florence by noon so I can't use this one...

You have to select the fare after you enter your cities. Enter your cities and click send. When your train choices appear click on buy. On the next screen, you will see fare. You must select a fare and the selections are in Italian. The 15 E fare is for IC trains not ES so make sure you choose an IC train.

Yes, I see it now -- thank you!! Do you read Italian -- would you mind terribly going to this link to see if I was incorrect about the only 10 euro Milan-Florence train being at 8 pm?

If you don't have time, I completely understand. thanks so much for your help!

Sorry, 2 more stupid questions --

1. When I choose my 15 euro fare for 2 passengers it looks like I have to then select mandatory reservations? I try to select 2 window seats facing each other.

2. Then, it asks me about which carriage and which seat I want? What does this mean -- what do I enter here?

I swear this isn't my first time on the internet! I usually don't have this much trouble with this sort of thing...

Hi F,

>Then, it asks me about which carriage and which seat I want? What does this mean -- what do I enter here? <

Skip this part.

You choose two seats by clicking on the icons under "PREFERENZE SERVIZI"

"POSTO VICINO A..." is only if you want sit next to someone who is already ticketed.

Choose "ticketless"

Click "acquista"

You have to have registered with Trenitalia before you can buy your ticket.

Thanks for the headsup on the low fares.
