Can a 20 year old rent a car in Ireland?
Well? Anyone know of a company that will rent to a younger driver. My daughter has beent Ireland four times before with her parents but now wants to go with a friend. The problem is most companys seem to have age limits of either 21 or 25, with additional insurance surcharges at that.

Not 100% sure, but I think you're going to find it difficult to find a company willing to rent to her. Good luck.

Search on the UK/Ireland thread of the Lonely Planet site - or ask there.

There's always been someone there resourceful enough to find a way round most of these problems.
