Camping at El Redondo/Fuente De
 

We would like to camp near Fuente De and found a campsite called El Redondo. It has no email and no one is answering the phone. Also, I have read in Let's Go that this campground does not take reservations. We are hoping to camp there Thursday, 1 July-Saturday, 3 July. Has anyone stayed at this site? Is it going to be possible to just show up there in early July and get a pitch? Thanks!

It's a very popular destination in July, with limited space.

There are many places to choose from in the Valley of Liebana.

It a distance of about 20 km, 30 minutes drive, depending on the traffic. The repaving should have been completed last fall.

If you check the Campsa Guide (www.guiarepsol.com), you'll see that there are a few other campsites along the road between Potes and Fuente Dé.
