Hi Tara--

We took this one. VRBO #43745 by Opera Bastille. It was a fine place for us, and we were comfortable. As far as location, we were very pleased and walked everywhere. There were some nice boulangeries close by and a large grocery. Monoprix? I can't remember.

When we wanted to take the metro, it was very close by. The kitchen was functional. The bathroom, while tiny, did the job. I assume you saw the picture of the tiny bathroom sink in the corner of the bedroom. The couch wasn't particularly comfotable to sit on, but that wasn't that big of a deal. We'd definitely go back again. Hope this helps.
