Caesar Augustus or Punta Tragara?

I am planning to visit Capri for three days this July and was wondering if anyone has heard of or stayed at either the Punta Tragara or Caesar Augustus?
Is it better to stay in Capri or Anacapri?

What should I do?!

Oh, sure I'd reccomend Punta Tragara.
View is magnificent and every thing is fine.
