Buying Wine at Milan Airport

Have you checked a selection of wine at Malpensa airport?

We will be in Tuscany in October. So, ideally I'd like to buy a couple of bottles of wine there. However, we'd like to travel light. All we plan to carry in a carry-on bag and a backpack. Here are questions.

1) Does the airport have a decent selection of wine?
2) Does the airport shop offer good prices for wine?
3) Are there definite advantages to buy wine in Tuscany and carry all the way (Florence-Siena-Venice and fly from Milan) for an average wine lover like myself?

Thank you.

Just returned this week and did check out the duty-free shop at the airport. We didn't buy wine because we had purchased it along the way and carried it - Ugh! The selection was limited and I didn't think the prices were as good as we found along the way, however it was still cheaper than you get at home and much easier than carrying it. I don't regret what we did because we bought from specific places exactly what we wanted.
