Buying Real Madrid ticket through their website

I went into Real Madrid's website and purchased 2 tickets. After I finished putting in my credit card information and clicked "continue" at the bottom of the page a Spainish message pops up. I used Google Translate and the translation stated as follows

" In the following cases you will need the card with which you have bought the tickets. Collect them at the ServiCaixa terminals of "la Caixa." You will have them available once the purchase has been made. We recommend you collect your tickets in advance."

Can anyone explain to me what this mean? Did I just reserved the tickets by providing my card number and if so how long will they hold these tickets until they release them? As I won't be in Madrid until the day before the game. I checked my emails and I did not receive a confirmation. Furthermore, I contacted the credit card company that I used to purchase the ticket and no transaction was processed for these tickets.

A reply would be greatly appreciated as I will be leaving in a few days!

Thanks, Tmac
