But has he paid the congestion charge?

London (May 5)
A giant mechanical elephant weighing 42 tonnes will plod through the streets of London later today as part of a four-day street theatre.

I understand they sprayed his trunk with three gallons of Vick's Sinex Spray, so he has no congestion to worry about.

I currently have a client going mental because her brochures are late. She wasn't very impressed with the old excuse 'the courier is stuck behind an elephant in Victoria'. But it's true!
