Bus reservations?
 

Just wondering, we are traveling during the Easter week. We will be taking trains or buses from Sevilla to Granada and returning to Sevilla. Is there a way to book in advance? Or is this not necessary?

Not necessary. Buses run very frequently between those cities.

I think they put extra buses into service at Easter. If travelling by train, allow for longer queues at the ticket window.

On our trip last April (not during the fair or Easter) had we not booked some legs of our Spain trip (we travelled via train), we would have been out of luck. If it were me traveling during Easter week I would absolutely book in advance. Trains can been booked easily at www.renfe.com.

Easter week = week beginning Easter Sun 8 Apr: Monday is a Holiday; lots of people will be heading home from their Semana Santa (i.e., week before Easter) week-long holiday.

If you plan to travel Easter Monday, try to make reservations. Otherwise they probably won't be necessary.
