Burren Walking Tour

The Burren Walking Tour was one of the best things I did in Ireland. It's about a two hour hike through "The Burren" in Western Ireland. It's guided by a wonderful guy named John among his family's "mountains" in the Burren, seeing everything from wildflowers to the impressive remains of the 7 Churches from 1000 years ago (and much more). Wonderful way to get off road and hear some history and lore while hopping over slippy stones.

This sounds great! How do you book it? Do they have a website?

Thanks!

Did a search--burrenwalks.com. I'm sure this is it--the guide's name is John and you can tailor your walks as you wish. Looks like a very interesting/fun thing to do.

Our B & B arranged a 3 hour hike with Shane Connolly sp? (mentioned in Rick Steves). Enjoyable and informative even on a rainy day.
