Burgundy Villages Accommodations

Are there suggestions for delightful places to stay for 3 nights in the lovely villages of Burgundy. We have stayed in Beaune and Dijon and would like to experience staying in or near one of the villages north or northwest of these cities.

We stayed several times at the Hostellerie du Vieux Moulin in the hamlet of Bouilland, about a 20-minute drive from Beaune. It's a charming little place, especially if you get a room in the original building. Good restaurant, and it's great fun to watch the cows being led to pasture and then back each day. Nearby is the ancient chapel of Ste-Marguerite, worth a walk from the hotel. The excellent winery of Savigny-les-Beaune is right on the way to and from Beaune.

La Saura Bed & Breakfast

We stayed at this charming bed & breakfast in Lusigny-sur-Ouche, very near Beaune. I would highly recommend it!

Thank you for your suggestions. I will look into these places.
Do you know anything about the area around Semur en Auxois?
I am just beginning my research.
Also, do you know about how long it will take to drive from Annecy to these areas?

Go to the viamichelin.com web site for help with driving routes and estimated times.
