I should have mentioned that those seven hours in the Uffizi were spread over two days.

@bvlenci, I can't say I share your enthusiasm for Uffizi, but fortunately there's enough in Florence for everyone. :-)

@bilboburgler, the area around Palazzo Pitti is one area I would have liked more time to explore. It has a marked difference from the other side of the Arno River.

Now we're in the midst of planning our next "bucket list" destination, which is one I'm much more comfortable with: Vienna.
