budget restaurant suggestion for family with kids?

We're in Paris and having a hard time finding a decent place to eat. Yes, we've had our share of "street food". We really want a sit down meal that won't cost soooo much money ($10-15 a person for entree) (not to mention we end up with mediocre food). Any suggestions? We like ethnic food (North African, Middle Eastern, Asian), anything! Any suggestions for restuarants in the 15th arroundisement (near the Marriott?)?

Thanks!

Wow -- I can't imagine where you could have a sit-down entree for 7 to 10 Euro in Paris at either lunch or dinner. Maybe ask staff at the Marriott -- they're most likely to know about these types of hidden gems.

MacDonalds?

Even Leon de Brussels is about 12-15E pp.

You could get a sandwich from a place like Paul's (or Chez Manon on rue st Antoine), along with a soft drink and sweet for around 10 euro. Not sit down.

Dinner...there are those places near behind St Michel that are probably cheap (rue de la Huchette).

Look at this...
