Budget hotel in Florence
 

I'll be goin to Florence on the first wk of March....havent reserved a hotel yet. <BR> <BR>Anyone can recommend a budget hotel...less than $100 per nite for a double? <BR> <BR>Also, I was wondering how is the weather in Florence in march? <BR> <BR>Thanks!!

Nancy, there are lots of other recommendations that you can search for under Italy, but we liked the Aldini. It is practically across the street from the Duomo and recommended by Cheap Sleeps. Our room was very large and the bathroom was nice. I would think off season rates would be about what you want to pay. www.pronet.it/hotelaldini

Hi Nancy! <BR>Sounds like we will be there the same time. My husband and I are staying at Hotel Casci- great location and only $88/night for a double with private bathroom and breakfast included. The hotel comes highly recommended on this site and I liked the website. The rooms look clean, and I have not heard anything bad about the place. Look into it to see if they still have rooms. <BR> <BR>I have also wondered about the weather, and have come to the conclusion that it could be anything! I know that is not too helpful but from what I understand it will be in the low to mid 50's with the possibility of rain. It is hard to pack with such vague information. Good Luck!
