Budapest Evening Cruise?
 

We are trying to decide which evening cruise to do on the Danube. Has anyone done one recently?

We did Legenda a couple weeks ago. We had great views from the top deck.

We did a river cruise on Xmas Eve, awful experience, tourist hell trap.


But seeing the city lit up at night from the river is wonderful, perhaps take note of the number of people on the cruise and look for a smaller more personal experience.

You might check into the boat service which is part of Budapest's public transportation system. I don't think it is very well known as there were very few tourists on it when we rode it recently. It was included in our 72-hour transit pass and provided lovely views of the city.
