Buchbinder Rental Car
 

When traveling in Europe, especially Germany, avoid using Buchbinder Rental Car. I was traveling and the station agent in Tegal Airport promised features and benefits associated with my rental. Upon returning my car to Schonfeld Airport, I was to receive a refund on the GPS rental and vehicle upcharge. 2 1/2 months later I still have not received the credit as promised. Recently I was advised by an agent of Buchbinder (Monique Alpers) that Buchbinder is not liable for unused benefits after the rental - that they UP SELL you on at the beginning.
