Bruges City Card v Museum Card/Pass

Our trip is just two weeks out, first stay five nights in Bruges. We are staying right in the heart of the city. Interested in opinions of the City Card versus the Museum Pass. From what I've read, the City Card will cover a canal ride, which we like. Also included in admission to the Half Moon Brewery (where we may well lunch), as well as many museums, and a discount for bicycle rental which we are also planning to do on east side of city (windmills!). Believe it's a 2- or 3-day purchase. Your thoughts please. Note we can buy them at train station as well as the TI in center of market. Thanks as always-
