Is there a place in Brussels or Brugge that I can get prescription eyeglasses made fast. Or is the " ready in an hour" thing only in america?

Many stores in Belgium. Don't know if they can do it in an hour, but they are your best best for fast glasses. Bring your prescription if you can.
