Brittany and United Kingdom
Between next may, 17th and june, 10th we’re planning to spent 11 days visiting the region of Brittany in France, including two or three nights in Paris . Then we would like to spent two or three nights in London and would appreciate suggestions for the remaining time. Our first Idea was to visit Brighton, Salisbury, Bath, maybe Cornwall, Wales, then returning to London via Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. Plese help us with the itinerary both in Brittany and United Kingdom. We intend to rent a car, except for the days in Paris and London. Thanks a lot.

Have a look at this thread from another which will tell you what there is to do and see in all the coastal regions of Brittany:

Have a look at my trip report about spending a week in the Gulf of Morbihan. The report is full of photos and descriptions so you can see what awaits you:

Here's another report I wrote like the one above about exploring the area near Dinan and Saint-Malo. I've written it in a way to assist travelers to this region and Brittany in general. It's full of links to loads of tourist office websites and other on-line resources to learn about what to see and do in Brittany:

And there's a current thread on Fodors right now that is worth studying. It's a trip report about spending 3 weeks in Brittany and does a great job covering some of the lesser known gems in the region:

verabar,
if you want to visit Cornwall after your tour of Brittany, the easiest and most convenient way is to get the ferry from Roscoff in northern Brittany to Plymouth, then it's a short run west until you're into Cornwall.
www.brittanyferries.com
you could then work your way back to London via Bath, oxford and Stratford.
the only places I can't really fit into that itinerary are Salisbury and Brighton, though Brighton can easily be visited as a day trip on the train from london/
Your main limiting factor is time? to make it worthwhile, you really need at least 5 days in Cornwall, then another 5 for Bath, Oxford and Stratford. you could do it in less, but then you will psend far too much time in the car.
