British Isles Weather
 

Am leaving tomorrow for the British Isles. Ireland,Scotland,Wales etc....need last minute update on the weather for the next two weeks. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks to both of you. Checked long range forecast and saw what I was afraid of. Guess I will take slacks with t-shirts for warm days, long sleeved shirts for cool days along with a rain coat, windbreaker, umbrella. What changeable weather they have!

Or as they say in the UK - if do don't like the weather, wait ten minutes and it will be raining harder.

Jane,<BR>Just a note: we Irish really dislike our independent country referred to as part of the "British Isles". It may seem acceptable in some geographists' circles, but you'll get some hostile reactions if you use this term in ireland

So sorry. Should have known better. My Irish ancestors are turning over in their graves!
