I always take a look at The Guardian's travel section and thought this latest list might be of interest to some spending some time in the UK soon.

Sorry! I didn't notice the date. I was on their webpage for something else, clicked on the travel section and strange that my first visit, too, must have been an OLD article. I will have to look up why I redirected myself there.

Yes, I am always up for a long weekend in the UK. Unfortunately it doesn't happen as often as I would like!

The map listing the various restaurants was useful as it mentioned some places in Manchester that I had not been to, so thank you again.
