bringing up old threads
I wanted to look at my Where do you live , way back in early 2000s to se how many fodorites are no longer around or have moved. is there a way to view it?
|
The magic of Google, hope this is the right one:

Thanks cw, but how did you do it, I pput in the title but nothing came up. I tried to look at a few others and again nothing.
|
I went to advanced search at Google and typed "where-do-you-live" without the quotes under the words to search.
Then under domain I typed Fodors.com/forums. Too many results came up. So you said you started it, I added "cigalechanta" to the search but no results. Hmmm . . . I've seen the thread a hundred times. But it was a long time ago, so I added "Mimi" to the title, deleted Cigalechanta, and voila! I've done and do research, some on-line, so though this sounds cumbersome, it just took a minute. No problem! |
Thanks, You're not just a pretty face.
|
Oh, that's what they all say!

Click on your name and it should bring up a list of all of your posts.

cigalechanta has so many posts that clicking on her name would analogous to just opening the forum. It would be really nice if you could do a secondary search within the original search parameters. One can hope I guess.

So "how many fodorites are no longer around or have moved'? ((*))
