well on this occasion wiki have got it wrong; in my 50+ years of eating steak in the UK, I've never heard of "butler's steak". it doesn't come up on Jamieoliver.co.uk either, and I can't track it down via google.

I think someone's made it up as some sort of marketing ploy.
