Brighton train station and sights
 

We are leaving for London in 2 days. We plan to take a train to Brighton for a daytrip.

Can you tell me how far the train station is from the sights such as the pavillion etc.
Would we need to take a taxi or is there public transportation?

It is less than 1/2 a mile from the train station to the grounds of the Royal Pavillion. Not a bad walk.

It's downhill. You may want a taxi on the way back. We did.
