Breaking my journey in Europe in Nov
Hello everyone,
I am planning to break my journey via Europe and spend a week - 10 days touring a couple of cities. This will be my first visit to Europe, and I will be travelling during the last week of Nov. I wish I could do this in summer, but I have no choice. I do not want to ski with my amateur skills on a break journey :), just want to go around places hoping that they would not be freezing around that time. Any suggestions as to which cities would be ideal for my purpose? Thanks in advance, Poornima |
Paris London should do it. Amsterdam as a back up

no idea what your interests are or where you are flying from.
the question is too general. http://www.cntraveler.com/galleries/...ce-awards-2014 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/de...ty-breaks.html http://travel.usnews.com/Rankings/Be...ope_Vacations/ http://edition.cnn.com/2015/06/16/tr...eat/index.html |
During the last week in November most of Italy has not-too-cold weather, Rome and southern Italy especially. Many parts of Spain have pleasant weather in November, and Portugal and Greece too.
|
If you want to avoid the coldest weather then stick to Rome or Barcelona or southern Spain (best chance of pleasant weather).

Thank you all for the suggestions. Looks like sticking to southern areas is better, weather wise.
