I cant believe this. I just watched the movie last night. This is so funny - especially because of the town where he left her which was in the movie.

I guess they dont talk much on long drives..

And the mother must be a real "bitch" that the 4 year old daughter never told the father that "mommy is missing".

Traveling on long trips with husband and two kids I used to DREAM of this happening to me.

Oh PLLLLEEEAAASSSEEE leave me behind (but with my money and papers).

"The husband told police he had not missed his wife because she always sat in the back of the car with their daughter."

...and she's so short he could never see her in the rear view mirror anyway.

My eye doctor did that years ago on the Ohio turnpike. Stopped at an oasis for gas, etc. Drove about 100 miles and one of the 4(!) kids said, "Where's Mom?"

Not to mention the "When granny died in Spain" story....
