Bordeaux city/ 5 days/gastro tour?

Hello All,
Does anyone have any recommendations for a gastro tour, not just wine, in Bordeaux?
We'll be in the city for about five days...

Thanks in advance...

Which hotel are you staying at - I need a recommendation. Arrive this Friday for 1 night only.

La Tupina specializes in regional cuisine, but if you want grilled steak, this is the place--at a price. It also has an amazing collection of Armagnacs. Le Petit Commerce for fish and seafood. You might want to look at what viaMichelin recommends. The Sunday market on the waterfront is fun, but the seafood is not always the best; we had much better oysters in the Arcachon area. You might want to take a look at my trip report on Bordeaux and Aquitaine; click on my name to find it.

I have to smile at the title of this post because in France, when you say "gastro" it is short of "gastro-intestinal distress," as in "I had a gastro over the weekend." :-))
