Books about foreigners living in Tuscany
 

Anyone can help me with a list of books written by people that have moved to Tuscany?

Many, Under the Tuscan Sun-Bella Tuscany written by Frances Mayes-Vanilla Beans and Brodo written by Isabella Dusi-Within Tuscany by Matthew Spender-and many more I'm sure

Do a search on Amazon, this is very helpful site and should show you quite a few.<BR><BR>www.amazon.co.uk

If you get the Frances Mayes books (Under the Tuscan Sun and Bella Tuscany) get the pictorial "In Tuscany" also. (I found it at my library) "In Tuscany" has pictures of all the houses, towns and shops she describes in the book. It's fun to see the places she describes so beautifully....her writing is fabulous.

I strongly suggest " VANILLA BEANS & BRODO" for all lovers of Tuscany. You can see my review at amazon.com

Lisa St. Aubin de Teran's A Valley in Italy (Umbria, but still wonderful)<BR><BR>Not sure what Amazon could do for you without an author or title. I just now put in Tuscany and Foreigner to test and it returned zip! All above suggestions are excellent.<BR><BR>Also not Tuscany, but Tim Parks' books are wonderful (around Verona).
