Booking on tgv-europe site question-Paris to Avignon

I am traveling from Paris to Avignon for the first time. I have a question on tgv-europe booking site I am looking for answers. When it asks who will be traveling and you fill out the ages, there are 2 boxes one for season ticket and one for loyalty program. If I have not used these before, do I let it default to season ticket and loyalty program? There is no default here that I can figure out. Or should I not even go to "More Criteria" option? Very confusing and not sure which way to go. Any insight is appreciated!!

If you're not buying a season ticket and you're not a member of the loyalty program, you should be ignoring that.

Thanks so much for your quick response. Appreciate the insight! I am still a TGV rookie!

Sorry, I've not used tgv-europe, but have you considered booking direct via the sncf site? I've done that many times and found the process quite straightforward - that is where tgv-europe will be drawng information and I'd guess that you would be paying something additional to them for their service.
Using the sncf site you just print your own tickets at he time of booking. Also be aware that, if you can, booking around 90 days in advance will give you access to PREM prices which would normally be much lower.

GregY2, sncf.com and tgv-europe.com are both run by the French train system. Some of us find tgv-europe easier to navigate but they are essentially the same operation at the same prices. Your advice does apply to RailEurope, however.
Help with buying tickets can be sought from www.parisbytrain.com and www.seat61.com

Whatever you do, don't allow yourself to get shunted to the Rail Europe site.

I use www.voyages-sncf.fr (but I speak and read French and do all my transactions in French). Use that site and tell them you're in Antarctica and you should be able to proceed without issues. If not, come back here and people will help you.
