i think air europa also has flights.
check out www.rumbo.es just to see who all flies, and book wherever you please.

On the Iberia site, make sure you use Iberia Spain and not US/UK, else you will not have access to the really low fares. I have used the Spain site several times (as have others) to purchase tickets and there has been no problem.
